We have a mutual goal—we want the training program you are planning to be a huge success. To create a powerful learning event, we require a few items from you.

 

Items Needed for Every Training Program

 

  • Primary Contact: A person who has intimate knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the participants, and who can provide insights into how to make the training most relevant.

 

  • Administrative Contact: A person who is able to receive shipments (both before and after the event) and who can act as an information source for all administrative aspects of the training.

 

  • Emergency Contact Information: If possible, an emergency contact number (e.g., cell phone number) for someone who is familiar with the training site and who was part of the planning for the training event. We will provide Neil's cell number to you in case there are any last-minute issues to be discussed.

 

  • Accommodations: If Neil is traveling to your location for the training, please provide your recommendations for hotels in the area.

 

  • Location of Training: Full address and any access information that will be helpful (i.e., security clearance requirements).

 

  • Start Time: The time you would like the training to start and the length of lunch (Note: Please see guidelines for start times on the Workshop Logistics page). If you are providing lunch for the participants, please let us know as well.

 

  • Participant Names: Because we customize materials using the first and last names of each participant, we will need the following information on each participant: full name; female/male designation (when it is not obvious from his or her name); position title; and mailing address (each participant will receive a "graduation" training reinforcement package by mail or courier).

 

  • Current Challenges/Issues: A brief comment on anything happening within your workplace or industry that is creating a challenge for the participants.
