- Chairman of the Workforce Readiness Committee of the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Society
for Human Resource Management (Note: he earned this Chapter the Society
for Human Resource Management's Pinnacle Award for his
efforts in workforce development).
- Chairman of the Phoenix Mayor's Excellence in Education Commission.
