EffortQuest is delivered using an edutainment format where metaphors, analogies, and relevant story-telling create "ah-hah moments," stimulate thought, unleash creativity, open the mind to possibility-thinking—and maximize the learning.

Because the sessions are delivered in a keynote speech format, there is no maximum class size. The EffortQuest workshops can be delivered in either a 2- or 4-hour format. :

  • The 2-hour format is an inspirational speech designed to motivate employees to higher levels of performance
  • The 4-hour format is designed to take the message deeper by working on specific workplace challenges

The length of these sessions allow for multiple delivery opportunity. For example, the 2-hour session can be delivered four times per day; the 4-hour session can be delivered two times per day.

 

Level 2 learning outcomes for this workshop include the ability to:

  • Differentiate between a focus on "results” and a focus on “process,” and be able to incorporate this performance-enhancing message into day-to-day activities.
  • Use the Results Formula to determine the appropriate steps to success.
  • Use the four quadrants of the Performance Grid to identify the appropriate behaviors necessary to achieve results.
  • Identify the steps necessary to achieve results using the Step It! system.
  • Implement the "inch-by-inch" incremental improvement process.
  • Implement the TPC (think/plan/commit) method to improve problem-solving and decision-making.
