How do you calculate the return on investment (ROI) from a well-designed and implemented training program?

 

When ideas from our training programs are able to increase sales productivity levels in one client by an amazing 18 percent, improve quality service levels in another client's call center by 28 percent, and significantly increase employee engagement scores in a third client, would that be a good ROI? No, that would be a great ROI!

Here is one of life's irrefutable truths: when you pay for a product or service that is able to consistently deliver bottom-line results—many orders of magnitude larger than the original cost—then that payment is no longer a cost . . . it is an investment!

 

Here is our Training Investment Schedule:

 

  • All training days are based on a flat rate of $7,500 per day (U.S. currency). Organizations requiring multiple training dates and/or interested in a long-term contract will receive further discounts.
  • Each training program has a stipulated maximum number of participants per session.
  • All fees include telephone interviews with key contacts to better understand the unique challenges confronting the target audience and training program customization. Each participant receives a custom binder with full-color inserts, royalty-free templates, and access to the Members Only resource center.
  • Normal travel and shipping expenses will be billed separately.

 

 

Discount Criteria

 

Because of the extremely high ROI from our training interventions, many organizations include our training programs into their core training and development curricula. When this occurs, we are typically contracted to deliver multiple programs over an extended period of time allowing us to pass on significant discounts. Because the number of people who will be trained and the time parameters will be different for every organization, we provide a written proposal outlining the exact costs and discounts. Fee Increase Policy

 

We are very proud of the method we have adopted to honor the clients that have helped us grow. Since 1995 we have increased the fees for our training programs several times to accommodate cost of living increases and other expenses. However, each of our clients have stayed at the same fee level they started at and continue to enjoy this preferred rate. This is our way of saying "thanks" for helping our organization grow and prosper. [Note: We reserve the right to alter, modify, or discontinue this practice at any time.]

 

 

Cancellation/Change Policy

 

Because each contract removes the facilitator from the marketplace on the date(s) agreed upon (meaning that we will be turning away potential business that falls on the same day), the following date change and date cancellation charges will apply:

 

  • Notice given of 46 - 75 days: 50% of agreed upon fee (less material costs)
  • Notice given of 31 - 45 days: 65% of agreed upon fee (less material costs)
  • Notice given of 30 days or less: 80% of agreed upon fee (plus material costs)
